As a construction consultancy, our expertise in the building industry, from conception to completion, can be engaged on a project basis.
> Division separated into two segments to ensure quality and efficiency delivered consistently:
>> Major projects > Projects up to $25M
>> Building services > Projects up to $500K
> Option of full design and/or construction services, providing cost savings to our clients
> Estimation, project management and technical assistance in developing scope of projects
> Development of procedures, documentation, reporting and any detailed project schedules that are required prior to commencement
> Transition, mobilisation and demobilisation plans
Maintenance services
WHF have a dedicated division supplying maintenance services and minor projects, spanning across a range of industries. We operate on a contract or casual (time and material) basis, consistently delivering on time and on budget.

> Highly efficient and streamlined service, using Simple Maintenance platform
> Plan, schedule and manage all aspects – including recurring maintenance and project works
